FERRIC MYCOBACTIN J
- Used in culture media as a growth promoter for isolating mycobactin dependent Mycobacterium species.
- Available in 2mg, 50mg, 100mg, 200mg, and 1000mg sizes.
PARATUBERCULOSIS-PROTOPLASMIC ANTIGEN (PPA)
- Used as the binding antigen in ELISA and AGID screening to detect antibodies produced against Mycobacterium avium ssp. paratuberculosis (MAP).
- Available in 20mg, 40mg, and 80mg sizes.
ABSORBEN (M.phlei)
- Used as the absorbing antigen for sera prior to screening with ELISA.
- Lyophilized product available in 100mg.
- Bulk Liquid form available in 1L. Larger volumes available upon request.
POSITIVE REAGENTS
- OVINE, BOVINE, and CAPRINE lyophilized sera used as a positive control in ELISA and AGID screening tests. Our positive controls are derived from naturally MAP infected adult ruminant species. Confirmed paratuberculosis positive by ELISA, AGID, culture, and necropsy.
- Available in 1mL.
NEGATIVE REAGENTS
- OVINE, BOVINE, and CAPRINE lyophilized sera used as a negative control in ELISA and AGID screening tests. Controls are screened negative by ELISA and AGID tests.
- Available in 1mL.
